WAYNESVILLE — Toby Putnam, 52, of 430 Oakdale Road, Waynesville, met with our Lord and Savior Friday, Feb. 8, 2013. Born Jan. 12, 1961, he was a 1979 graduate of Tuscola High School. He was employed by Wolfpen Associates, enjoyed racing, motorcycles, cars and horseback riding. He had his own towing business for many years, and was a member of Ninevah Baptist Church.

He was the son of the late Norman Conley Putnam and Buntsy Wilda Irene Morris Putnam.

He is survived by his beloved daughter, Kali Putnam and son, Tyler Putnam; sister, Diane Lowe, her son, Zachary Putnam, and her granddaughter, Mariah; sister, Lannie Huston, her son, Rodney Mull, her granddaughter, Briana, her daughter, Lea, and her husband, Jody Caldwell, her grandson, Chase, son, Rich Huston; sister, Sheila Medford; and his beloved, cat, Mayham; and all his many family, friends and neighbors.

Visitation and a memorial service will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon Sat., Feb. 16, at Ninevah Baptist Church, with Pastor Mike Leslie officiating.
