Angie Strange Ford

Bruce and I got married on June 16, 1979 (WOW!! 35 years now) Bruce retired from Champion in 2010 and now works for Appalachain Antiques making furniture. Alex is married to Caroline Madigan. They live in Raleigh and both work as Graphic Designers. Andria is married to Matt Richardson and have made our lives so very happy by making us Paw and Nana. Their baby girl is 2 months old and her name is IvaLee. They live here in Haywood County so I get to help babysit while they work. Andria works for Shawn Leatherwood as an Interior designer. Our kids and Bruce have design in their bloods and I can't draw stick people!
In December of 2012 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and found out in January, 2013 that it had moved to my left hip bones so I had stage 4 breast Cancer. Started Chemotherapy and radiation. As of now, January, 2015, I'm still taking treatments every 3 weeks but..... I feel like I'm Cancer free. Now.. To Convince my doctor to let me stop treatments. By the grace of God maybe this will be the year that I can stop.

Skipping school !!!

Tammy Hill, Karen Smith, Doug Smith and myself went down the hill behind the gym and got in a car that I think Doug had left on the side of the road. We spent the day in Cherokee. We had a great day until we got back to school and good ole Mr. Marshall caught us!!! He was such a blood hound. We had to stay after school for 30 minutes each day for an X amount of days. But guess what mine and Tammy's bus didn't leave until 3:30 anyways!!!
